X-Factor Fitness is a strength and conditioning program for kids of all ages and athletic abilities. We strive to build a solid athletic foundation that can be applied to any sport by combining all aspects of fitness training. We put a strong emphasis on running and bodyweight exercises, but also include weight, agility, and balance training. Our goal is to help kids to grow up healthy and strong and develop a life long love of fitness.
Synergy Soccer teams train with X-Factor during the Fall & Spring soccer seasons, but X-Factor Fitness is also open to all kids year round. We have sessions that are 6 to 12 weeks in duration, 2 or 3 days per week. Groups are divided by age and gender and have 6 – 12 members per group.

What Is X-factor?
X-factor Youth Fitness is a strength and conditioning program with the aim of improving cardiovascular & respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. It advocates a perpetually varied mix of aerobic exercise, gymnastics (body weight exercises), and weight lifting.
